Elena Alberti

Elena Alberti is the Managing Director and CFO of Penske Automotive Italy. She began her career in the USA in 1999 after completing her studies in Economics and Management at the University of Modena. During her tenure at Penske in the United States her experiences traversed the automotive sector with roles and responsibilities ranging from corporate finance to corporate accounting, internal audit, project management, marketing, human resources, general management. In 2005, when Penske Automotive expanded in the European market, she held responsibilities in corporate acquisition projects and integration and relocated to Germany as CFO of the group’s German operations. Stefano Azzali is a lawyer graduated at the Genoa University – School of Law, and he is the General Director of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) since 2001.

Giorgio joined Lazard in 2010 and is currently a Director covering the Infrastructure space in Europe, with particular focus on transportation.

Stefano Paolo Catelani

Stefano read law at the University of Rome and, after a two-year traineeship within a law firm in Florence, he took the Bar Exam and qualified as an avvocato in Italy. He then worked as an in-house counsel for a major Italian pharmaceutical company for five years, and he subsequently joined the legal department of DuPont de Nemours, a multinational chemical company. At DuPont, he has advised several subsidiaries and various business units in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was initially based in Italy and then he was called at the European Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. He then moved to the External Affairs department of Dupont where he worked as Director Governmental Affairs (Europe) both in Brussels and Geneva, and he eventually returned to the Legal department.
Stefano was until recently working as General Counsel for the DuPont Safety & Construction Business Unit within the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region. He was responsible for legal compliance of the business units in these regions and he coordinated the work of his colleagues based in the Middle East, Africa and Black Sea countries on general corporate matters.

Martino leads the Private Debt activity in Italy for Tikehau Capital, having arranged several transactions such as Dedalus, BIP, Intellera, Surfaces, Biofarma. Before joining Tikehau Capital in 2019, Martino spent his previous years focusing on leverage and corporate finance in the banking industry, of which more than 10 years in Crédit Agricole. Martino holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Enzo Mazza

Political Science graduate, Enzo Mazza began his career as a press officer at an important banking institution. After an experience in a public relations agency he became BSA – Business Software Alliance, the worldwide association of software producers, responsible for Italy. In 1996 he was appointed Secretary General of FPM, the Federation against Music Piracy; from 1998 to 2013 he held the roles of General Manager first and then President, and today he is CEO of FIMI, the Federation of the Italian Music Industry.
He also chairs the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and in 2010 he became President of SCF, a leading company in the management of music performance rights.

Rosario Mazza is Managing Director. Rosario is a board member of portfolio companies such as Inwit, ASTM, SIAS, 2i Rete Gas and SEA Milan Airport.
Rosario joined as analyst Ardian in 2010. He has worked in broad range of infrastructure transactions in the energy, transportation and telecom sectors.
Previously, he was analyst in Project Finance in BNP Paribas. He graduated at Politecnico of Milan.

Silvia Mazza, Key Account Director and co-founder of Elibra, started her career working in Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management Technologies European Research projects. Since 2007 she applied these technologies to the legal sector and in 2013 she acted as Project Manager for an innovative case management system, engaged by two primary Law Firms. Leveraging this project, in 2017 Elibra was founded as the company which develops and commercializes the most innovative law firm management software. Elibra enables the law firm transition to an enterprise dimension, supporting management control through advanced data analysis, end enabling knowledge management and knowledge discovery through firm precedents, legislation and case law by advanced tagging, clustering and retrieval. Silvia is part of Elibra board of directors, she’s directly involved in the strategy e product roadmap definition, as well as in all organization processes coordination and key accounts management.

Marta Minaldo is the Head of Legal of Everli, the leading European e-grocery marketplace headquartered in Milan with operations in Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and France. She joined Everli in 2020, where she has set up the in-house legal department and where she is in charge of the legal and corporate affairs of the Everli Group. Before Everli, she has worked as legal counsel for Piaggio SpA and Salvatore Ferragamo SpA. Prior to moving in-house, Marta has worked between London and Milan as a lawyer in private practices for 5 years. Marta earned her law degree from the University of Trento, Italy. and she has been a member of the Bar in Italy since 2013. She has worked extensively in matters involving corporate law, IP law, international litigation, competition law, compliance and labour law.
